LVMH continually takes initiatives to preserve its unique Métiers d’Excellence and ensure that they thrive, and to recruit the most talented people. In January 2021 the Group launched the “Excellent!” program to raise awareness among junior high school age children in Clichy-sous-Bois and Montfermeil, suburbs on the northern edge of Paris in the Seine-Saint-Denis conurbation.
Employees from the Group and its Maisons present métiers with unique savoir-faire in Creative, Craft and Customer Experience professions.
The initiative reached over 120 students last year.
The program will gradually be rolled out at many other junior high schools across France.
